This is for pick-up on farm and Moscow Farmers Market only.

Grain-Finished 50 Lb Variety Box (approximately):

- 45% Premium Dry Aged Ground Beef
- 25% Steaks
- 20% Roasts
- 10% Soup Bones, Stew, Ribs

This share is a predetermined share from our USDA butcher with specific cuts listed below. 

For the 2024 Season our Grain-Finished shares are very limited. So please reserve your share early as it is a first come, first serve basis.

The 50 LB Variety beef share requires 1.5-2 cubic feet of freezer space.

2-4 Ribeye Steaks
2-4 NY Strip/T-Bone
2-4 Top Sirloin Steaks
2 Tenderloins (may be separate medallions or included in T-Bone)
2 Chuck Eye Steaks
2 Flat Iron Steaks
1 Skirt Steak
3 pkgs of Stew Meat (1 lb pkgs)
1 pkg of Soup Bones (about 2-3lbs total)
3-4 Roasts
20 pkgs of Ground Beef (1 lb pkgs)
