Stock up your freezer with our premium barley-finished beef, raised the way nature intended. Our cattle are all-natural, with no hormones or antibiotics ever, and spend their lives out on open range—not in feedlots. They are finished on grass paddocks and are offered barley pellets twice per day, supporting both animal health and soil regeneration.

Our barley pellets are made from the byproducts of pearled barley (the parts people don’t consume) and are locally sourced from farmers here on the Palouse.

Availability:
Our 2026 grain-finished shares are available by pre-order only for Fall 2026. Shares are reserved on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend securing yours early.

• This is a predetermined share (no custom cut selection)
• Perfect for families wanting to try bulk beef or those with limited freezer space

Freezer Space Needed:

• Approximately 3–4 cubic feet
