Half Beef Share Deposit (Grass Finished)

For Local Pick Up or from Moscow Farmers Market only.

During checkout, make sure to list in the notes at checkout if you would like the WFF Cut Sheet (see below) or a custom cut sheet. Also list any organ meat that you would like keep.

The amount of boxed beef that you receive varies depending on how you customize your cut sheet. 

Final Price is $5.75/LB on the hanging carcass weight which includes butcher fees. Our Grass-Fed beef average 325-375 LBS on the half carcass hanging weight making the approximate final price $1,868.75-$2,156.25. A $500 Non-Refundable Deposit required to hold spot. If you prefer to pay with cash or check please email us to reserve your share.

There are additional fees if you would like your share delivered to your door. There are no additional fees if you pick up on-farm, from the butcher, or from our booth at the Moscow Farmers Market.

The half beef share requires 6-8 cubic feet of freezer space.
